Effective Date: July 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website, online forms, donation pages, registration platforms, and related digital services operated by New Life Ministries International (the "Society," "we," "us," or "our").
By using our website or submitting a payment, donation, registration, application, or other online form, a user agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 5 business days before the next scheduled charge.
The Society cannot guarantee cancellation of a payment that has already been submitted for processing.
6. Tax Receipts
Charitable tax receipts will be issued only when the Society is legally entitled to issue them and when the required donor information has been provided.
A tax receipt may not be available where:
- The payment is not legally considered a gift.
- The donor receives an advantage, product, service, admission, or other benefit.
- Required donor information is incomplete.
- The payment is made to an organization or person that is not the true donor.
- Receipt issuance would not comply with applicable law.
7. Event and Program Registration
Registration is subject to availability, eligibility requirements, payment, deadlines, codes of conduct, and event-specific terms.
The Society may refuse or cancel a registration for safety, capacity, eligibility, conduct, non-payment, or operational reasons; change speakers, schedules, locations, content, or delivery methods; reschedule, postpone, or cancel an event; and require additional consent, waiver, medical, or emergency-contact forms.
Registrations and cancellations are governed by the Society's Donation, Registration and Refund Policy.
8. User Submissions
When users submit content through our website, including comments, testimonials, photographs, forms, applications, prayer requests, or other materials, they represent that the submission is accurate to the best of their knowledge, that they have authority to provide it, that it does not violate another person's rights, and that it does not contain unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or malicious material.
Submitting personal information does not necessarily authorize us to publish it. Any publication or promotional use will be subject to applicable consent requirements.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content - including text, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, sermons, recordings, documents, designs, and downloadable materials - are owned by or licensed to the Society.

It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other specialized advice. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services or qualified professional.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including payment processors, registration platforms, video services, social-media platforms, mapping services, and external resources.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, security, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Use of a third-party service is subject to that provider's terms.
12. Website Availability and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, content may contain errors or omissions; programs, prices, dates, personnel, and availability may change; and the website may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, security concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or condition that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Society and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the website.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Society and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from unlawful or unauthorized use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or false or misleading information submitted by the user.
16. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Society's Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect when the revised Terms are posted on our website with a new effective date.
